hoomans is an Indian clothing brand for pet parents, based in Hyderabad. We make oversized tees, polos, ringer tees, baby tees, caps, totes and phone cases for people who plan their lives around walk timings.

No. Dog moms, dog dads, cat moms and cat dads each have their own section, and plenty of pieces just say "pet". Dog people and cat people are the same department here.

Yes. A part of what we do supports street dogs and animal welfare. Our For The Indies collection is made with Humane World for Animals India, and the profits from it go to them, for the dogs on the street.

Our oversized tees are 100% cotton, 240 GSM heavyweight. The rest of the range, by type:

• Oversized and boxy tees: 100% cotton, 240 GSM
• Ringer tees: 96% cotton, 4% lycra, 220 GSM
• Baby tees: 190 GSM cotton-lycra, fitted and slightly cropped
• Polos: 100% cotton airtex pique, 220 GSM
• Caps: 280 GSM cotton drill, adjustable back strap
• Totes: cotton canvas

Tees are printed. Polos are embroidered in satin stitch on the left chest, never printed. Some caps are embroidered too, like the Gillu Embroidered Cap.

Inside out, in cold water, and dry it on low heat. Totes are a cold hand wash.

The pet hair is between you and the lint roller.

Probably. There are 23 dog breeds on the Breeds page, indies included. Our embroidered polos also come in four cats: tabby, black, grey, and white and grey.

Everything is between ₹940 and ₹2,040. Caps, totes, baby tees and phone cases are ₹940. Ringer tees are ₹1,440, polos ₹1,240 to ₹1,640, oversized tees ₹1,240 to ₹2,040, and shirts ₹2,040.

Between sizes on an oversized tee? Size up. Oversized is the point.

It depends on the piece. Oversized tees run XS to 3XL depending on the design, polos S to 3XL, baby tees XS to XXL, ringer and boxy tees S to XL, and caps are one adjustable size. Each product page shows its exact range.

Yes. WhatsApp us on +91 83419 37921 with the piece you're looking at and we'll help you get it right before you buy. We would much rather do that than swap it later.

Online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, or cash on delivery on eligible orders. If cash on delivery is available for your order, you'll see it as a payment option at checkout.

Most orders arrive 4 to 8 days after you place them. Every piece is made after you order it, which takes 2 to 4 business days, and then it ships. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.

So nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Making each piece after you order it means less waste and no dead stock. It's also why delivery takes a few days longer than a warehouse would.

Yes, on every order over ₹499. Nothing we sell costs less than ₹940, so that's every order.

No. We ship across India only, and we can't deliver to P.O. boxes.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp.

Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Not sure of their size? Caps and totes are one size. For ideas, our gift guide has everything under ₹2,000.

Yes, within 2 hours of placing it. That goes for every order, including final sale ones.

If a prepaid order comes back to us because nobody was home, we can ship it again once it reaches us. Email hello@hoomans.in with your order number.

Yes, for free, within 5 days of delivery. Email hello@hoomans.in with your order number, the reason, and clear photos of what you received. The piece has to be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags and packaging intact, and we arrange the pickup.

If your pin code doesn't have reverse pickup, you self-ship it and we credit ₹150 to your store credit or ₹100 to your bank account for the courier.

We don't give cash refunds, because every piece is made to order for you. If you're genuinely unhappy, email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong. If it's approved, you get a full refund as store credit, with no expiry.

We replace it. Email hello@hoomans.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, email us and we'll chase the courier.

No returns, no store credit and no size exchanges. Right now that applies only to the For The Indies collection with Humane World for Animals India, because the profits go to them.

A defect or a wrong item is still replaced: email us within 5 days of delivery. Check the size chart twice before you order these.
