We offer a variety of pet merchandise, including t-shirts, accessories, and other products. Our products are subject to availability and may vary from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our products and services at any time without notice.

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment wallets. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment information.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 499. Products are printed to order and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Most orders are delivered 4 to 8 days after they are placed. Delivery timelines vary by location. If a shipment is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, email hello@hoomans.in and we will work with our courier partner to resolve it.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Our products are printed to order. We offer free size exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, and store credit for returns approved within the same window. We do not offer cash refunds. Products must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact. Full details are in our Shipping, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy. Certain collections are sold as final sale and carry no entitlement to a return, store credit or size exchange. The For The Indies collection, produced in collaboration with Humane World for Animals India, is a final sale collection. Final sale status is stated on the collection page, on every product page within the collection, and again immediately above the add to cart button. Replacement for a manufacturing defect or for an item shipped incorrectly by us is unaffected.
