Free shipping on all orders over Rs. 499.

When your order ships

Every Hoomans piece is printed after you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your order takes 2 to 4 business days to be printed and dispatched.

When it reaches you

Most orders are delivered 4 to 8 days after you place them. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will get an email and a WhatsApp message with a tracking link.

Need it by a certain date?

Email hello@hoomans.in with the date before you place the order. We will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to international addresses.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your package is damaged or does not arrive, email hello@hoomans.in with your order number. We will chase the courier and sort it out.

Returns and exchanges

Free size exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Returns are issued as store credit, not cash, because every piece is made to order. Full details are in our Shipping, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy.
