At Hoomans, all products are print-to-order — made specially for you when you order. This helps us reduce waste and create thoughtfully. Because of this, we follow the policy below.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered in 3–7 days across India.
- Shipping is free across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
- Tracking details are shared via email as soon as your order ships.

Exchanges (Free — Size Issues Only)
We offer free exchanges for sizing issues within 5 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, email hello@hoomans.in within 5 days of receiving your order, mentioning:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Clear pictures of the product received
Exchange eligibility:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
Once approved, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
Self-Ship for Exchanges (If Pickup Is Not Serviceable)
In some pin codes, we may not be able to arrange a reverse pickup. If that's the case, we'll let you know and request you to self-ship the product to us using any courier partner of your choice. We'll share the shipping address with you over email once your exchange is approved.
To keep things fair, we'll reimburse your courier cost:
- ₹150 as store credit, or
- ₹100 to your bank account — whichever you prefer
To claim the reimbursement, share the courier receipt along with your exchange request at hello@hoomans.in. Reimbursement is processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the product.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the print-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds.
However, if you're genuinely unhappy with your product, we've got you:
- Reach out to us at hello@hoomans.in within 5 days of receiving your order
- Share your order number and a brief reason
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a full refund as store credit
Store credit can be used on any future order on hoomans.in — no expiry, no hassle.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@hoomans.in within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- You can opt for store credit or an exchange once cancelled successfully.
Prepaid Orders & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a prepaid order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, we can reship the order once it reaches us.
