Shipping, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy
At Hoomans, all products are print-to-order, made specially for you. This helps us reduce waste and create thoughtfully. Because of this, we follow the policy below.
Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

Tracking details will be shared via email once shipped.

If you need rush delivery, please reach out to us before placing your order and we’ll try our best to help.
Exchanges (Free – Size Issues Only)
We offer free exchanges for sizing issues.
To request an exchange:

Reason for exchange

Clear pictures of the product received
Exchange eligibility:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

Tags and original packaging must be intact
Once approved, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
No Returns & No Refunds
Due to the print-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
We strongly encourage you to:

Review product images and descriptions before placing your order

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@hoomans.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos/videos of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they move into production.
Prepaid Orders & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a prepaid order is returned due to customer unavailability, we can:

Reship the order once it reaches us.
