Shipping, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy
At Hoomans, all products are print-to-order, made specially for you. This helps us reduce waste and create thoughtfully. Because of this, we follow the policy below.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location.
- Tracking details will be shared via email once shipped.
- If you need rush delivery, please reach out to us before placing your order and we'll try our best to help.
Exchanges (Free – Size Issues Only)
We offer free exchanges for sizing issues within 5 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange: 📩 Email hello@hoomans.in within 5 days of receiving your order, mentioning:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Clear pictures of the product received
Exchange eligibility:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
Once approved, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
Self-Ship for Exchanges (If Pickup Is Not Serviceable)
In some pin codes, we may not be able to arrange a reverse pickup. If that's the case, we'll let you know and request you to self-ship the product to us using any courier partner of your choice.
To keep things fair:
- We will credit ₹150 to your store credits, or
- ₹100 to your bank account — whichever you prefer
To claim the shipping reimbursement, share the courier receipt along with your exchange request to 📩 hello@hoomans.in. Reimbursement will be processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the product.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the print-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds.
However, if you're genuinely unhappy with your product, we've got you:
- Reach out to us at 📩 hello@hoomans.in within 5 days of receiving your order
- Share your order number and a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a full refund as store credits
Store credits can be used on any future order on hoomans.in — no expiry, no hassle.
We strongly encourage you to:
- Check the size chart carefully
- Review product images and descriptions before placing your order

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@hoomans.in within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- You can opt for a store credit or exchange once cancelled successfully.
Prepaid Orders & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a prepaid order is returned due to customer unavailability, we can reship the order once it reaches us.
