While we cannot guarantee cancellations after an order is placed, please reach out to us at hello@hoomans.in and we'll do our best to assist you.

  1. Refund Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  1. Exceptions

We are unable to offer refunds on custom orders or personalized items. We also do not offer refunds on sale items, unless they are defective or damaged.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
